Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To get a refund or exchange for damaged products, you can contact us at efflorescencepk@gmail.com. We would require a video and/or picture of the damaged product to help you out further.
Exchanges & Returns
We do not accept change of mind as a valid reason for returns or exchanges. Products will only be refunded or exchanged if :-
1) The product is faulty
2) The product is broken
3) The product is not the one you ordered
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at efflorescencepk@gmail.com.
